Meraki Dance Troupe Support
Each year we sponsor the Meraki Dancers on their trips to international competitions in Spain (2022) and Portugal (2023). This year they came to perform for us on their return.

Club President 2023 – 2024 - Julian Ricketts
Julian Ricketts takes over as our new Rotary President on 1st July. Julian has done the role previously and yet is still looking forward to an exciting year ahead. “Rotary can make such a difference in the community and I’m excited to see how we can help more local and international causes”.
Julian was born and raised in Hampshire and has had a very successful career in the IT industry. He currently manages a European team of technical consultants for a world-renowned IT company.
Julian is also an enthusiastic presenter for Basingstoke Community Radio and credits his public speaking ability to his time in Rotary. He also enjoys all aspects of music, fitness and cycling, travel, gardening and his beloved pet rabbits.
